Lake’s Latest Election Denial Lawsuit Smacked Down
Monday, April 22nd, 2024
ARIZONA -– The U.S. Supreme Court “brushed aside” Kari Lake’s request for them to “endorse a conspiracy theory” election denial case that has previously been described as “furthering false narratives,” “baseless,” and “reckless” – and it has resulted in over $100,000 in sanctions.
This dismissal is the “the latest blow” to Lake’s “signature talking point” on the campaign trail that has Republicans sounding the alarm that Lake “hasn’t gotten off the election conspiracy bandwagon” and “election denial is not the way to win:”
- Arizona Republicans are “not sure what [Lake’s] path is forward.”
- Kari Lake is “not winning back the mainstream Republicans.”
- Arizona Republicans say “Kari Lake looks increasingly like she isn’t a candidate that can win.”
- Arizonans “are just really tired” of Lake’s election denialism.
