Introducing the #AZSen Candidates: “Plan-B” Mark Brnovich
PHOENIX — Now that the GOP Senate primary field is set, we’re taking the opportunity to introduce the “decidedly weak” candidates and outline just how unfit they are to represent Arizona in the U.S. Senate.
Known primarily as a nunchuck enthusiast and personal punching bag for Donald Trump, Mark Brnovich is a weak candidate known statewide for caving to political pressure and misusing his office for personal gain. See below for everything you need to know about “Plan-B” Mark Brnovich:
- Time and again, Brnovich has been called on to resign for inappropriately using his official office to boost his bid for U.S. Senate.
- Last year, he publicly caved to party pressure and launched a baseless investigation into Arizona’s 2020 election to appease former president Trump — and this week, after renewed attacks from both his primary opponents and Trump himself, Brnovich released his “interim report.”
- For years, he has ignored the preferences of Arizonans and shamelessly abused his power to push his personal views on everything from reproductive rights to early voting access to repealing the ACA.
- His legacy as Attorney General is one of undeniable corruption — so much so that even his own clients have filed ethics complaints against him.
