TODAY (Wednesday, August 16), Tucson Mayor Regina Romero and Arizona AFL-CIO Executive Director Fred Yamashita will join Arizona Democrats to host a virtual press conference celebrating the one-year anniversary of President Biden’s Inflation Reduction Act. Speakers will highlight how the IRA is making the largest investment in tackling the climate crisis in our history, creating jobs, lowering costs, and boosting American manufacturing across Arizona as Republicans threaten to roll back the progress President Biden and Democrats have delivered.
