ROLL THE LAKE TAPES: LAKE LIES ABOUT ELECTION DENIALISM OBSESSION
ARIZONA -– In a disastrous interview on Monday, Kari Lake lied and claimed that she did not proactively bring up election denialism conspiracy theories. Today’s edition of The Lake Tapes rewinds Lake’s interviews from the last few months and shows how focused she is on litigating past election losses.
Let’s rewind the tape…
Kari Lake: “And, you know, one of the complaints is, oh she never – she only looks backwards, she never talks about the future. She only wants to talk about the elections and the stolen elections. You brought it up. You have brought it up.”
[RECORD SCRATCH]
Kari Lake on October 11th, 2023, the day after her Senate launch: “You know what they did to us in the governor’s race on Election Day is outrageous and unforgivable. And I’m continuing to fight, all of my election cases are still moving forward. So I’m never going to give up on that.”
Kari Lake on October 28th, 2023: “That’s insane. We have to expose what’s going on here. And so we’re working on it. We have several cases. The fake news media wants you to believe it’s all over. It’s all said and done and it’s over. And we lost. And we’re still fighting and pushing forward on those court cases.”
Kari Lake on October 18th, 2023: “And you might say, Kari, but you are governor, you won. And you know, and believe me, I know what happened, I saw it. I feel it. I’ve been fighting. And I want each and every one of you to know and I’m going to try to look in all of your eyes, I’m not giving up the fight to restore honest elections.”

- August 25th, 2023: “I mean, some people have said, but wait, we really want you to be governor. I’m not conceding the governor race. I’ll never concede that. We won that election and the whole entire country knows we won it, including the frauds that are sitting who really overtook our government illegally and are sitting in these top offices. They know that we won it in a landslide. And I’ll never stop fighting for election reform, and I want people to know whatever I decide, my push toward fighting for election reform is the most important thing.”
- September 17th, 2023: “I don’t know what’s next. I know that I will never ever, mark my words, because if someone says she’s giving up on her cases, no, no, no. I will never pull these cases out of court. I’ll never pull these cases out of court. I’ll never give up on these cases until we see relief and get one vote per legal voter in Arizona. So I want to assure you that.”
- September 21st, 2023: “Listen, we won the election for governor. The people voted for a change in Arizona, for strong leadership that was going to actually solve the problems. And because that was stolen, that doesn’t mean we just go, ‘Okay, now we have to roll things up and leave.’”
- January 24th, 2024: “So you show up so excited to vote on election day because you don’t like mail-in ballots, you don’t trust the system. And you show up, you fill out your ballot. Little do you know that intentionally they printed the wrong ballot for you knowing it would jam the tabulator machine, force your ballot to be downtown after they duplicate it and adjudicate it, which means somebody else decides who you voted for. It’s truly disgusting what they did and they should be in jail for what they did. This is outrageous. And if we don’t stop them now and fight this now, they’ll continue to do it.”
