ARIZONA -– In this episode of the Lake Tapes, Kari Lake doubles down on her belief that men and women are not equal – a statement she’s repeatedly made – in a clear example of how Kari Lake will say or do anything to gain power.
Kari Lake’s dangerous, power-hungry agenda that endangers Arizona women includes calling for sheriffs to enforce the 1864 abortion ban with no exceptions for rape or incest, banning medication abortions, and refusing to protect IVF.
Roll The Lake Tapes…
Kari Lake: “I did a speech once saying that men and women aren’t equal. We aren’t equal.”
Kari Lake: “We know that God did not create us to be equal to men. He didn’t create us to do what the guys do.”
Kari Lake: “I haven’t changed actually, no.”
Kari Lake has stated multiple times that she doesn’t believe women are equal to men:
- In a June 2021 interview on “Backyard Politics,” Lake repeated that “We are not equal to men.”
- In a November 2021 interview with the “American Monetary Association,” Lake reiterated that women are “being told […] to strive, to be equal to men. And you know what? We aren’t equal to men.”
- In an August 2022 interview on “Louder With Crowder” deleted due to violations of YouTube’s misinformation standards, Lake tells Steven Crowder “God did not create us to be equal to men.”
Lake supports banning abortion and ripping away women’s freedom to make their own health care decisions:
- Lake supports Arizona’s “draconian” territorial ban with no exceptions for rape or incest, saying sheriffs should enforce the ban, and lamenting that it wasn’t enforced.
- Lake has a yearslong, on-camera record of calling for the overturning of Roe v. Wade, saying abortion is “not health care,” and she “very much support[s]” banning medication abortion.
- Lake says abortion is “killing,” “sacrifice,” “execution,” and the “ultimate sin.”
