ARIZONA -– Last week was not a good week for Kari Lake after the Arizona Supreme Court issued a ruling that will snap the draconian 1864 territorial ban on abortion that Lake called a “great” law into effect. In today’s episode of the Lake Tapes, Lake can’t outrun her “clear record on” abortion that includes her repeated support for the “deeply, profoundly unpopular” 1864 ban.
Lake has doubled-down on her anti-abortion positions, attempting to downplay the severity of the draconian 1864 territorial ban on abortion and touting the endorsement of Arizona State Senator Sonny Borrelli who previously said, “Like I said, Bayer Company invented aspirin. Put it between your knees.”
Lake has not only called abortion a “sacrifice, ”an “execution,” “not a medical choice,” “not health care,” and said she’s “100% pro-life” and says abortion is an “execution […] pure and simple.”
