Fontes Rattles Finchem In Debate

PHOENIX – Last night, Univision hosted a conversation between Adrian Fontes and Mark Finchem, sponsored by Mi Famila Vota. The live segment centered around the race for Arizona Secretary of State.

Arizona Democratic Party Chair Raquel Terán released the following statement:

“Last night, Adrian Fontes made it clear why he is the best candidate in this race. While his opponent Mark Finchem – who has participated in interviews on racist shows and wants to eliminate vote by mail – spouted more lies and conspiracies, Adrian showed us what Arizonans need in our next Secretary of State: stability, experience, nonpartisanship, and integrity.”

“Adrian made an appeal to heart and talked about the hardships that our Latino and Hispanic communities have faced for generations at the hands of people like Mark Finchem. Adrian would be the first Latino Secretary of State in Arizona history and will protect this important office from the threat of extremism.”
