Another Day, Another Call for Brnovich to Resign
The “Lackluster” AZ AG Continues to Use His Elected Office for Political Gain

PHOENIX — Here we go again…

Arizona Attorney General and U.S. Senate candidate Mark Brnovich is being called on to resign for shamelessly using his elected office for personal political gain.

Late last week, Brnovich refused to take a position on the legality of Arizona’s longstanding early voting system in the wake of the AZ GOP’s lawsuit to upend the preferred voting method for the vast majority of Arizonans. Instead, he’s using the lawsuit to play political games and take “swipes” at his longtime political opponents.

This isn’t the first time Brnovich has been called out for abusing his public position. Last month, he was also called on to resign for pushing an “evidence-lacking” brief that was “a political ploy as much as a legal opinion” in an obvious attempt to win far-right support for his Senate bid.

Prior to that, he was called on to resign after a desperate fundraising plea made it clear he was abandoning the people of Arizona to cozy up to “kingmaker” Donald Trump.

“Mark Brnovich can’t take a step without abusing his position in the Attorney General’s office to advance his political career and secure the backing of far-right AZ GOP leaders,” said ADP spokesperson Hannah Goss. “Brnovich’s unwillingness to defend our state’s early voting system demonstrates that he’s willing to do whatever it takes to crawl out of this Senate primary alive — even if it means tearing down a safe, secure, and popular system that he himself has supported for years.”
