In addition to access to and support from senior ADLCC staff, the caucus program provides direct staffing services to candidates in targeted districts where we have the highest likelihood of flipping a seat or the greatest need to protect an incumbent. The Finance Managers will help create and execute the finance plans for 2-3 candidates running for the legislature in one legislative district. The Finance Manager is the point person for all aspects of fundraising for the candidates including managing call time and pledge follow up, planning fundraisers, and managing digital fundraising. You will work directly on the ground, every single day, with candidates in our targeted districts.
