Campaign Training and Development Director – Coordinated

In 2024, Arizona will be a premier battleground state with highly competitive races to elect Democrats at every level of the ticket. The Arizona Democratic Party is seeking a Training and Development Director that will design and implement staff and volunteer training programs on the coordinated campaign and support department leaders to ensure their staff are equipped with the skills to be successful in their roles.
