Blake Masters Doubled Down on Election Denialism After Trump Said He Went “Soft” During #AZSen Debate

After Trump’s Call, Masters Went on Fox News to Reiterate “For Sure” He Still Believes Trump Won in 2020

PHOENIX — New footage from a Tucker Carlson documentary on Blake Masters’ Senate campaign makes it crystal clear that Masters is taking his marching orders from Trump — even if it means spreading baseless lies, sowing doubt in our elections, and harming Arizonans.

First, Blake Masters stood on the U.S. Senate debate stage and tried to distance himself from his previous statements saying that “Trump won in 2020.”

Next, Masters received a disapproving phone call from Trump on camera who criticized him for going “soft” on election conspiracies, warning that he’s “gonna lose that base” unless he goes “stronger” on election denialism.

Just days later — on the first day of Early Voting in Arizona — Masters listened to Trump’s warning and went on Fox News to circle back to false and blatant election denialism, saying “I still believe it, that’s for sure” before launching into a baseless lie about states “flood[ing] the zone with mail-in ballots.”
