ICYMI: While “Kari-ing On,” Lake Calls J6 Prosecutors “Tyrants,” Calls For Mass “Firing” During Interview With Insurrectionist

Tuesday, October 15th, 2024

ARIZONA -– Today, Politico Playbook reports Kari Lake, in an interview with a convicted January 6 insurrectionist, pushed January 6 conspiracy theories and continued denying the results of past elections.

During the interview with Brandon Straka, Lake called prosecutors involved in investigating January 6, “tyrants that our Founding Fathers were warning us about” and called for their “firing.”

This follows Kari Lake refusing to admit she lost the 2022 election during her “utter disaster” debate, and abruptly ending a disastrous interview with NBC News after she refused to answer whether she would certify the 2024 presidential election if she were a U.S. Senator, instead comparing the election to a “soccer game.

Watch:

Kari Lake: “And we’ve got to stop what’s happening in our government. Our government has turned on We the People. This is the tyrants that our Founding Fathers were warning us about. It’s our own government. And we need to return our government back to We The People. And we not only need to start immediately holding people accountable. We’re figuring out who’s who, who’s been weaponized, who’s turning our government against President Trump, the J-Sixers. And some of them are sitting right there in Congress. Some of them are sitting right there in Congress. I think of one who resides in California, Nancy Pelosi. I want to know what she knew. Why did she not have security there when President Trump offered that? Why? I think we all know and so we need to start doing some investigations and firing, immediately firing the people who we know were behind all of the persecution of our fellow citizens for exercising the First Amendment right. They’ve been persecuted. It’s unbelievable.”
