ICYMI: NARAL Names 4 AZ GOP Legislators as the biggest threats to Reproductive Freedom in Arizona
ARIZONA- A week before the one-year anniversary of the Dobbs decision, NARAL, a leading abortion advocacy organization, released a memo detailing the six biggest threats to Reproductive Freedom in Arizona. Of the six threats listed, four are sitting Republican state legislators. Arizonans are resoundingly pro-choice, with polls showing that 90% of Arizona voters agree that everyone should be free to decide how and when they start or grow a family, free from political interference.
“Prior to the one year anniversary of the Dobbs decision, NARAL and the ADLCC are rightfully calling these extremist Republicans exactly what they are: threats to reproductive freedom,” said Chair of the Arizona Democratic Party, Yolanda Bejarano. “Polling shows that the Arizona GOP is out of touch with what Arizonans want. It’s clear that voters in communities across the state support the freedom to decide when and how to start a family.”
The memo outlines six of the biggest threats to reproductive freedom, four of them being AZGOP State Legislature members. Those Republicans in Arizona are:

- Alexander Kolodin (LD-3-R)
- Jacqueline Parker (LD-15-R)
- Anthony Kern (LD-27-R)
