 Rep. Paul Gosar Calls for General Mark Milley to “be hung” in his House. Gov Newsletter 

“in a better society, quislings like the strange sodomy-promoting General Milley would be hung.”

ARIZONA- This weekend, with a looming Republican-created government shutdown, Representative Paul Gosar (AZ-09) used his newsletter to go on a homophobic rant about Joint Chiefs Chairman General Mark Milley and the January 6th insurrection. In what has been called “Shockingly Homophobic,” “Deranged—Even for Him,” and “bizarre,” Congressman Gosar alleges that Nancy Pelosi and General Milley were working together during the January 6th insurrection to hurt his “one boss” President Trump. 

This isn’t the first time Congressman Gosar has used his taxpayer-funded newsletter to spew conspiracy theories and hateful rhetoric; in July, Gosar used his newsletter to promote pro-Nazi news sites for the second time. 

“Representative Gosar is wasting taxpayer dollars to promote dangerous conspiracy theories rather than providing real results for Arizonans. This is the third time that Representative Gosar has used his newsletter to spew hate and conspiracy theories,” said Chairwoman of the Arizona Democratic Party Yolanda Bejarano. “We are tired of Representative Gosar abusing his seat in Congress to do Donald Trump’s bidding- from being his mouthpiece on baseless January 6th conspiracy theories to following his lead on encouraging a government shutdown. Pandering to the most extreme factions of the Republican party, Gosar continues to choose conspiracy theories and Donald Trump over his constituents.”
