NEW: Over 11,000 Arizonans Eligible for Latest Student Debt Cancellation Thanks to Biden-Harris Administration

ARIZONA- Thanks to new actions from the Biden-Harris administration, an additional 125,000 Americans have been approved for $9 billion in student debt relief — boosting the total number of eligible borrowers in Arizona to 11,700 and the total debt cancellation in Arizona to $840 million

“For far too long, working people have been burdened with crippling amounts of debt that follow them long after they graduate — but President Biden and Vice President Harris recognize that a college education should be a ticket to a better life, not a barrier,” Arizona Democratic Party Chair Yolanda Bejaranao said. “Thousands  more Arizonans are now eligible for student loan relief thanks to the Biden-Harris administration — building on the millions of Americans who have been approved for relief and further proof that Bidenomics is building the economy from the bottom up and the middle out, even as MAGA Republicans try to stand in the way.”
