ICYMI: Kari Lake To Campaign For Donald Trump In Iowa, Days Ahead of Presidential Caucuses [Arizona Republic]
ARIZONA -– Kari Lake will hit the campaign trail tomorrow – not in Arizona for her Senate campaign – but in Iowa for Donald Trump’s presidential bid as reported today by the Arizona Republic.
This will be Lake’s second trip to an early presidential state since announcing her Senate campaign, having visited New Hampshire in December 2023. Kari Lake continues to criss-cross the country – Nevada, Texas, Florida, Colorado, New Hampshire, and Nebraska – an “itinerary she’s mapped out to promote her campaign [that] appears better suited for someone with national aspirations or a book to sell” and previously reported by Vanity Fair, Axios, and Phoenix New Times.
“As Kari Lake makes a multi-day swing through Iowa to campaign for Donald Trump, she’s making it clear that Arizonans aren’t her priority. Instead of focusing on Arizonans, Kari continues to criss-cross the country to sell books, spread conspiracy theories, and support her national ambitions,” said Olivia Taylor-Puckett, Senior Communications Advisor at the Arizona Democratic Party.
