ICYMI: Lake’s Election Conspiracy Tour Visits Texas

ARIZONA — Last weekend, Kari Lake continued her nation-wide conspiracy and election denial tour, ahead of her “less-than-welcome” run for Senate, at the Young Republican National Convention in Dallas, TX as the keynote speaker during their gala evening. 

Despite losing court case after court case of her own, and seeing the losses of other election deniers, Lake continued to push debunked conspiracy theories in Dallas:
 

“Can we all agree tonight that Joe Biden did not get 81 million votes?”
(We can’t, because he did.)
 

“We know that President Donald J. Trump won the 2020 election.” 
(No, he didn’t.)

“We’re tired of watching the truth tellers, like President Trump, be attacked and brought down…” 
(You mean, be held accountable to the rule of law?)

“We have been fighting, just like Abe, tooth and nail, our case is still in the courts […] we continue to show how they’re cheating and stealing our elections.” 
(More like, “We have been losing, just like Abe, over and over, yet another case is still in the courts… our loses continue to show elections are safe and secure.”)

“In previewing what her Senate campaign will be like, Lake is again traveling the country pushing one absurd conspiracy theory after another,” said Olivia Taylor-Puckett, Senior Communications Advisor at the Arizona Democratic Party.
