Pledges even deeper education cuts but protects tax loopholes for the rich

PHOENIX -- Last week, Gov. Jan Brewer admitted to The Arizona Republic's editorial board that -- as Arizona faces a $1.7 billion budget deficit for this year and next -- our public schools are headed yet again for massive cuts.

In that same interview, Brewer refused to consider other options such as closing the hundreds of millions in tax loopholes for big corporations and the rich. She continues to protect them at the expense of the middle class.

Brewer's priorities are all wrong.
