What is a Precinct Committeeperson?

Every day, Arizonans from across the state are taking part in the political process as Democratic Precinct Committeepersons. Precinct Committeepersons are the official representatives of the Democratic Organization in the State. Collectively, they represent every region of our state and every community, making the Democratic Party a powerful organizational force. Their primary task is to get Democrats elected in Arizona. Call or email your local Democratic Organization to see how you can become a Precinct Committeeperson.
